– Building Information Modelling (BIM) for all trades, including Architecture, Structure and MEP. to any Level of Detail (LOD) required, for existing and new buildings.

MISSION

Throughout the design process, Apt ensures close coordination with the rest of the design team at each stage starting from Concept design to project delivery. Our Engineering team are thorough in reviewing project documents and briefs, taking into consideration the Owner Project Requirements (OPR) and Basis of Design (BOD) documents at each step. We keep open communication channels with the design team and strive to have low Engineering impact on the project Architectural & ID concepts. We commit to delivery dates while maintaining high standards of quality.
