Landscape Architect

Job Location

Dubai, UAE

Job Role

Work with the Team in architectural / Landscape design, including generating design concepts, research and production.
Participate in presentation meetings with clients and consultants.
Provide technical design expertise and services in all landscape architectural design development processes.
Present proposals to clients, deal with enquiries and negotiate through design process.
Provides creative design solutions to stakeholders and ensures projects are continually meeting budgets and schedules.
Capable in conducting site analysis, brief analysis and design concept presentations.
Producing high quality presentations using Photoshop and PowerPoint.
Research and keep the team updated with industry changes, evolution and best practices.

Job Requirements

Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture – Landscape Architect.
Min. 2 – 6 years’ experience as Architect
Excellent presentation abilities and Proficient in Residential Villas.
Proficiency Design software (Photoshop, Lumion, InDesign, 3DS Max, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office and Revit is a must)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Job Role

Contributes to and reinforces the “team effort” method of producing design projects.
Takes responsibility for implementing approved briefing approach.
Lead the design of interior spaces in coordination with Project lead and architectural design team from concept to completion.
Develop space planning concepts and generate program documents.
Participates in selection of FF&E color palettes & material presentations and generate specifications.
Establish excellent relationship with clients, company teams, project managers and other disciplines.
Excellent internal project management skills in creating and maintaining design project timelines.
Research and keep the team updated with industry changes, evolution and best practices.

Job Requirements

Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design/ Architecture
Min. 2 – 6 years’ experience as Interior Designer
Excellent presentation abilities
Proficiency Design software (3d Max, Sketchup, Photoshop, Rihno, Autocad and Revit)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
