APT was tasked with designing a sophisticated villa featuring:

• Spacious Living Areas: The villa includes 4-6 bedrooms and open column-free living areas that create a sense of spaciousness and fluidity throughout the home.

• Architectural Features: The design incorporates cantilevered balconies, fully glazed façades, and outdoor swimming pools, enhancing the luxurious feel and connection to the outdoors.

• Integrated Services: MEP services are fully integrated, allowing for complete user control in each room. Robust audio-visual, IT, and security systems are also included, ensuring a modern living experience.

• Design Manipulation: A unique pattern was introduced in the main staircase zone on the entrance façade to filter natural light, creating beautiful shadow patterns in the interior space.

APT was responsible for the architectural design, structural elements, and MEP works, employing Building Information Modeling (BIM) to effectively manage the project through various stages of development. This holistic approach ensures that all elements work harmoniously to create a high-end living environment.
