• Semi-Commercial Ground Floor: The ground floor integrates dining and leisure facilities, along with a supermarket, providing convenience and social interaction opportunities for the staff.

• Dynamic Facade Design: The exterior features angled modular facade units complemented by flowering planters. This design creates a unique, dynamic grid-like pattern, enriched by the surrounding blooming foliage that enhances the overall aesthetic of the buildings.
