The project will be developed on a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis, with a vision to create a dynamic mixed-use development. It will feature a 5-star hotel, premium office spaces, furnished apartments, a convention center, and a variety of F&B outlets, all designed to maximize footfall and enhance the value of the asset.
An early release of the enabling works package has been approved, ensuring timely progress. The structural design incorporates column-free open spaces on the ground floor and in the function areas, providing flexibility for various uses. Two main facade openings are strategically positioned to enhance natural ventilation within the building.
The MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems are designed with modular capabilities, allowing for adjustable load distribution based on occupancy and seasonal demands. While no formal agreement has been finalized, the project is progressing with a strong foundation in place.
