Etjar Office plans to develop three plots in Al Furjan, with each plot featuring four townhouses. To bring this vision to life, Etjar is organizing an architectural design competition, inviting leading architectural consultancy firms to submit innovative design proposals.

The main challenge of the project is ensuring seamless coordination between various disciplines—architecture, structure, and MEP—to produce a final design that not only meets client expectations but is also feasible for implementation on a real construction site. This integrated approach is essential to ensuring the project’s success from concept to execution.
