Amal Villa was designed with a strong focus on integrating natural elements to meet the client’s vision of a harmonious living space. The design emphasizes large windows, water features, and the use of natural materials to create a seamless connection between the indoors and the surrounding greenery.

APT Consultants led the project from the outset, submitting the Design Development (DD) drawings for approval by the Abu Dhabi municipality. The key challenge was ensuring timely delivery of the DD and Interior Design (ID) drawings to both the client and contractor.

Close coordination with various disciplines was crucial throughout the project. APT Consultants managed every detail across all stages to ensure smooth execution and prevent any clashes, ensuring the successful realization of the villa.
